We are an English-based playground, which means you MUST use English to interact, both in the timeline and Direct Message. You are also STRONGLY prohibited to post contents that can't be universally understood, such as inside jokes, memes, or translated media in other languages.

We don't accept members who abuse retweet features for certain content such as open follow, character updates, or OOC tweets.

Only one account per head and per face claim is allowed in each Story. However, there's no twin or account ownership limitation for Babels membership in general.

We accept all kinds of RP from any part of the world, but you will be participating under an Original Character. If you're an MM/MV/OCRP, you may be asked to alter your background to suit the storyline.

There's no limitation on how many residencies you're currently in. However, we require participants to put us as their top priority if you have clashing events with your other residencies.

You must follow our main account (@WorldOfBabels) before registering. If selected, you must follow our Playground (@StoryOfBabels), our Keepers, and all Story participants.

We accept the newly made accounts, and there's no minimum tweet, followings, or followers required to be a member, as long as you can be active during Stories. However, do keep in mind that if needed, we might take interactions with others into consideration.

Our selection process relies on 80% form submission and 20% interaction. Once you become a member, you will also be judged based on your participation in past Stories. Please note that our consideration is based on HOW you talk to people, and NOT how often.

There will be additional rules and requirements to follow in each Story. Do keep an eye on all announcements given as they will play a big part in your experience during your stay.

Please keep in mind that due to our short period of commitment, we are trying to pack a 2-3-week worth of activities into 3-10 days. Do ensure that this is okay with you and that you are able to meet the requirements and have agreed to all commitments needed before applying.

In correlation to our Basic Rules #1, we have the right to give you warnings or revoke your membership if you are found to violate the language rule.

If you are already a member and you wish to participate using a different account, you will be given a new Babels Code and Stamp Card, and you will be considered a new member.

You are not allowed to transfer your membership unless due to an account problem. If your account is handled by the new owner, you will also lose your membership.

Once you become a member, you can only change your ID Card details after 6 stamps (including Spin-Offs and Mini Stories). However, you are allowed to use a different face claim and name, as long as it's still under the same account, and your details on said Story will be adjusted.

After becoming a member, you MUST follow @PeopleOfBabels to keep your membership.

You are only allowed to join maximum of 3 consecutive Stories. For example, if you join Story 2, 3, and 4, you can't join Story 5 - but you can apply again for Story 6. This rule applies to the account, and not the writer, as we may have no visibility on who runs each account.

After you become a member, you will also be judged on your participation in past activities. This includes how active you are, how you interact with other members, how well you follow the rules and instructions, and other points of consideration. We will not take how often you join our activities into consideration, but how you participate in said activities will take part in the judgment process.

Once you own the membership, you will carry World of Babels’ name with you. We strictly don’t tolerate any drama, both inside or outside of World of Babels and we have the right to revoke your membership if you have found to create drama and/or have made others feel uncomfortable.
